WM serves Kentucky as an emergency response team for cases involving neglect, starvation, and surrenders. Our work is done through personal surrenders from individuals who can no longer care for their animals as well as through animal control.
If you find yourself in the position of no longer being able to care for your animals (of any kind) – PLEASE contact WM through our “Contact” tab. You and your situation will remain in completely confidential, and we will do everything possible to help you. Never feel ashamed to ask for help.
WM is also here to assist in emergency road side assistance for stranded horses in broke down trucks or trailers in our area. Please Call or Text 502-693-4203 if you find yourself completely stranded. We will do the best we can to get there and help. *Please call 911 if there has been an actual accident or you are in dangerous conditions*
